In the DealPOS system, if you already have product data, you have to ensure that your products have stock to carry out transactions on the Sell Menu. In addition to sales, stock can also be replenished by making purchases in the Buy menu or adjusting stock in the Adjustment menu. Stock can also serve as raw materials for production through the Manufacture menu.

On the inventory page, there are some inventory reports that we provide to you to manage your reports and data analysts. In the following list below there are brief explanations from those reports.

On the Inventory Details menu, you can see your current available stocks, you can also see the total qty, total cost, and total price from your inventory. We also provide additional filters where you can filter the reports based on Outlets, Categories, Number of QTY, and Products/products that are discounted.

Product By outlet will make you able to see the products from all Outlets.

Outlet inventory is very useful when you want to compare the amount of inventory at your outlet because this menu will tabularly display your inventory at each outlet you have.

Inventory by Brand is a feature to check product stock based on the brand of the product. The purpose of developing this feature is to check the remaining stock of products from a certain brand.

Inventory Timeline shows you the stock of goods on a certain date. You can see the movement of stock from a period which we can adjust using filters.

Allocated Inventory shows you the stocks that have been ordered by the customer but have not been fulfilled.

Awaiting Inventory shows you quantity reports of the products that are still in transit after we ordered the products from the supplier.

Low Inventory shows you report from the Low Stock quantity of products (ROP/Buffer). It will show you all the product stocks which below minimum stock.

Over Inventory is used to check the stock of goods that have exceeded the maximum stock limit at a certain outlet.

The highest quantity will show you the highest quantity of products.

In Transit Inventory will show you the products that you've ordered from another outlet to be delivered to your outlet, but your outlet has still not received the product yet.

Inventory Days to Zero is a report that shows how many days there were when the inventory was at zero based on previous sales history.
