Presuming you allow your customer to pay the Invoice partially and the items will not be dispatched until the full amount is paid. For that scenario, we have handled the configuration settings. We have a setting to make automatic delivery set to be Unsend if the transaction is not Paid yet For details, you can check the steps below:
I. Delivery Configuration
Step 1. Go to Setup - select more menu - select module menu

Step 2. Go to Delivery Section, and tick YES in 'By delivery when payment not complete' and Save

II. Using Sell Menu
Step 1. Go to the Sell menu, add an item and click Pay and OK

In this scenario, the cash total remains Rp. 55.000 (not fully paid).
III. View the Order Report
Step 1. Go to Order Menu
