Presuming you allow your customer to pay the bill partially, but the items will not be sent until the payment completed, DealPOS provides this feature to automatically set the item delivery status to pending if the payment was not completely made.

You can try the following methods:

I. Delivery Configuration

Step 1. Go to Setup - select more menu - select module menu

Step 2. Go to Delivery Section, and tick YES in 'By delivery when payment not complete' and Save

II. Using Sell Menu

Step 1. Go to the Sell menu, add an item and click Pay and OK

In this scenario, the cash total still remains Rp. 55.000 (not fully pay).

III. View the Order Report

Step 1. Go to Order Menu
