Authentication Error After Sign in

This article explains the solution if your mobile application experiences an error notification when entering the sales page as shown below.

I. Configuration

Step 1. Close Your DealPOS Apps

Step 2. Enter Play Store and check your Google Chrome Version

Notes:  Dealpos Mobile Apps can only running with google chrome version above version 80 with minimum android version 7 (Nougat) google_chrome_version.jpg

Step 3.Update Your Google Chrome Version to the Latest

Step 4. Restart your Tablet and relaunch the Dealpos apps

II. How To Clear Cache Your Dealpos Apps

Step 1. Open Setting menu on your tablet

- Pick Apps > Dealpos

Step 2. After That Click Force Stop And Open The Storage

Step 3. Clear Cache and Clear Data Apps, Relaunch Dealpos Apps.
