If you want to sync your Shopify inventory manually, there is a thing you need to ensure so the synchronization process goes as expected, here is what you need to ensure. You need to ensure that the marketplace URL entered on your Shopify channel is the Original Domain. Here's how to check it:
Make Sure You Are Using Original Domain and Not Custom Domain
Step 1. Go To Settings
Step 2. Go To Domains, and Look For URL Redirects to .myshopify.com
Look for redirects to as its the original domain.
3. Make Sure Entered URL is The Original Domain
If the entered URL is already same as the original domain, you can proceed with updating the inventory manually.
Note:
If you enter a custom domain instead of the original domain, an error will pop up when you update the stock due to not using the Shopify default URL.
