If you want to sync your Shopify inventory manually, there is something you need to ensure for the synchronization process to go as expected. Here’s what you need to do. Make sure that the marketplace URL entered in your Shopify channel is the Original Domain. Here’s how to check it:

Step 1. Go To Settings

shopify page

Step 2. Go To Domains, and Look For URL Redirects to .myshopify.com

Look for redirects to as its the original domain.

Step 3. Make Sure The Entered URL is The Original Domain

If the entered URL is already same as the original domain, you can proceed with updating the inventory manually.

Note:

If you enter a custom domain instead of the original domain, an error will appear when you update the stock because you are not using Shopify's default URL.
