Generating reports across multiple ledgers with varying account structures requires a clear understanding of your system's mapping capabilities. Whether you are dealing with different currencies, calendars, or account segments, the Multi-Ledger Reporting tool provides a solution. This article provides a step-by-step walkthrough on how to view reports from multiple COAs, ensuring your consolidated financial statements are both accurate and easy to audit
I. Create Manual Journal
Step 1. Navigate to the Journal Menu and Select Manual Journal
Click Add button in the right corner
Step 2. Fill in the Journal Details
Once you are done click the Submit button in the right corner
Note: For example we are inputting a manual journal to record Meal Allowance for Employee (Biaya Makan Karyawan)
Step 3. Manual Journal has been Successfully Submitted
II. Viewing Report in Multi Ledger
Step 1. Navigate to the Reports Menu then Select Multi Ledger
Step 2. Set the Filter then Click OK
Set the date range and Accounts you want to view
In the Multi Ledger you can view multiple COAs at the simultaneously. Currently, you can select and view a maximum of 5 COAs.
