Maintaining accurate supplier information is essential for efficient purchasing and inventory management. Previously, assigning a supplier to a product in DealPOS required users to open each product record individually through the Products menu and update the supplier information manually.
To simplify this process, DealPOS now allows you to assign suppliers directly from a Supplier Bill. This enhancement makes it easier to update products that do not yet have supplier information while processing purchases, eliminating the need to switch between menus and helping you maintain a smoother workflow.
In this article, you'll learn how to assign suppliers to products from a Supplier Bill, enabling faster updates and more efficient management of supplier-product relationships.
Step 1. Go to Orders then select the Supplier Bill
Open a Supplier Bill that already has a supplier assigned.
Step 2. Click the Arrow Button and Select Assign Supplier to Product
Click the drop-down arrow on the Supplier Bill page, then select Assign Supplier to Product.
Step 3. Select the Product and Click OK
Choose the product you want to assign to the supplier and click OK to confirm.
The supplier has now been successfully assigned to the selected product.
