By default, Product Code may not allow certain symbols or restricted characters to ensure that product codes follow the standard format. If your business requires product codes that contain these characters, you can enable the Allow Restricted Characters for Code configuration in DealPOS.
Once this configuration is enabled, you can create or edit products using Product Codes that contain restricted symbols or characters. Follow the guide below to learn how to enable this configuration.
Step 1. Click Settings > Module > Product
Step 2. Scroll into Property Configuration and Activated Toggle "Allow Restricted Characters for Code" then Save
Step 3. Now You can use special characters in the Product Code
