This feature is useful when you only need specific product information for reporting, data analysis, or other purposes, making the exported file more organized and easier to work with.
Step 1. Go to Products then Click Export
Step 2. Click Customize Fields in the export file
Step 3. Customize the Fields
Select the fields you want to include in the export by checking the corresponding checkbox.
Step 4. Arrange the Column Order
You can also arrange the selected fields according to your preference using drag and drop.
Step 5. Export the Product Data
After selecting and arranging the required fields, click OK to continue the export process.
Example:
Note: The exported file cannot be directly imported back into DealPOS if the required identifier columns are not included such as Category, Product Name, Product Code, Variant Name, Variant Code, Product ID, and Variant ID to identify and update the correct product data
