If you want to see notes from the previous transactions, you have to make a setting in the setup menu. This setting helps you see all the notes you have created. And if you have been setting the config, you can see the details preview in Report Details on the report menu. We will guide you step by step, please check the instruction below :
Step 1. Go to Setup, Click More Menu, then Choose Printing
Step 2. Go to Report Tab, then Set Visible Note to Yes
Step 3. Configuration was Updated
Step 4. Recheck the Change
