In DealPOS, you can combine two or more products into a single product with multiple variants. This feature is useful for streamlining product data to make it more concise. Besides merging product variants directly in DealPOS, you can also combine them using tools.dealpos.app by following the method Merge Variant Using Tools App.
To merge product variants directly within the DealPOS graphical user interface, you can read to the following steps below.
Step 1. Go to the Product Menu
Step 2. Select the Product You Want to Merge
To do this, you can click the tick button beside the product name.
Step 3. Merge the Products
Step 4. Choose the Target Product for the Merge
If you see the word "Move," it means the product will be transferred to the designated parent product.
Step 5. Review the Result
Notes:
When products are merged, the data from the second, third, and subsequent products will be consolidated into the first product (Parent). Similarly, all transactions associated with those products will be combined into the single parent product.
