Have you ever wanted to see Transfer Orders transaction that were deleted? Now we provide a Recycle bin feature for Transfer Orders transactions. The voided Transfer Orders mean to prevents the permanent deletion of Transactions. When an Transfer Orders is voided, the Transaction will go into the recycle bin, so we can confirm again whether the Transaction we deleted is correct.

In the recycle bin, we can crosscheck the Transactions if we make a mistake when attempting to delete the Transaction. There are several steps in the settings to activate this feature.

I. Enable Void Transfer Order Access

Step 1. Go to Users, Select Group Tab, then Choose Any Group

Choose the group that you want to give access to void Transcations.

Step 2. Go to Logistics Section, Enable TransferOrderVoid, then Click Submit

II. Void Transfer Order Configuration

Step 1. Go to Settings Menu, Select Search Box, then type 'Void' after that click at the third option.

Step 2. Enable the Void Enabled Config, and then Click Save

III. Void Transactions

Step 1. Go to Logistics, Choose Transfer Order Transaction to Void, then Click Void

Step 2. Transfer Order was Voided Successfully

Notes:

The voided Transactions will move to the recycle bin.

IV. Delete the Transactions

Step 1. Go to Logistics, click More Menu, then click Recycle Bin

Notes:

Open the recycle bin according to the Transcation you want delete permanently.

Step 2. Select Transaction, then Click Delete
