When you need to transfer product stock from the Warehouse to a Store, or between Stores, you can use the Transfer Order feature available in the Logistics menu. When creating a transfer order, you can assign the name of the Courier responsible for delivering the products.
Before assigning a Courier, you must first add the Courier’s information as well as the destination Store they are assigned to. You can add Courier and their store data in two ways: either by manually adding them one by one, or by importing a CSV file.
For a detailed guide on how to add Courier data using both methods, please follow the instructions below.
I. Add Courier Data Manually
Step 1. Go to Logistics, click More menu, choose Courier
Step 2. Click Add button
Step 3. Fill Courier Form
Fill several properties like Courier Name and choose Outlet
Notes:
If you don't choose any outlet, then Courier will not be displayed in any outlet options.
If there are two or more couriers available in one outlet, then when transferring an Inventory at that outlet, the courier must be selected manually (not auto-assigned).
Congratulations! Courier added successfully.
II. Add Courier Data By Import CSV
Step 1. Download Template file
Go to Logistic -> More menu -> Courier, then click Import button.
Click Download Template
Step 2. Adjust the sample file
First, open the template file and adjust it based on the courier data you have.
Here is the example files after being adjusted
Step 3. Upload the files
Click browse files, choose the files you adjusted before
Click OK.
Congratulations! Courier has been successfully imported to POS
