How to Invite a User in Omnichannel

Previously, users logging into Omni used the same accounts from POS we refer to this as Legacy Mode.

We’ve recently introduced several improvements that allow user management to be handled directly within omni.dealpos.app. To enable this, you’ll need to invite existing POS users so they can access Omni under the new system.

Step 1. Invite Users

Go to User menu - click invite button

Step 2. Invite Users

Select User, group and channel

Notes:
If you don’t select any channel, the user will have access to all channels.

Step 3. Check User

After save, your user can show in list user
