To allow users to log in and manage channels in DealPOS Omnichannel, you first need to migrate their accounts to the new authorization system. This guide walks you through each step to make sure every user gets the right role and channel access.
Step 1. Create a Group. Go to users, click on Group tab, click Add Button
Before migrating users, you need to create a Group. Each group defines what users within that group can and cannot do. In other words, their authorization settings.
Step 2. Create a group name and choose role for this group
Select which roles are allowed for that group by checking the boxes, then click the Save button.
**For detail about function role please follow this article
Step 3. Migrate Users
There are two ways to migrate users: in bulk or individually
Option 1. Migrate Users By Bulk
Use this option if you need to migrate multiple users at once.
Click Migrate in the User menu.
Select the users you want to migrate. Assign them to a Group.
Once users appear in the User List, you can configure their Channel Authorization individually.
For example:
User John can only access the Shopee channel.
User Stella can only access the TikTok channel.
Option 2. Migrate By Invite User (Single User)
Use this option if you only need to invite a few users manually.
Click Invite in the User
Select user, Group and select channel
Notes: Only POS users with the Omni role will appear in the Invite or Migrate list.
