Before inviting users from POS to omni.dealpos.app, you need to create a user group for them first. This group acts as a permission set that defines each user's roles, access levels, and restrictions within the system.
By assigning users to a specific group, you can control what features they can access, such as viewing orders, managing channels, editing products, or configuring store settings.
This helps ensure that each user only has access to the tools and information necessary for their responsibilities, maintaining security, accuracy, and efficient workflow management in Omnichannel.
Step 1. Create a new group
Go to Users - Group - Add
Step 2. Fill Group name and select role for this group
