In the Omnichannel system, configuring user access roles is essential to ensure each user can only access features according to their responsibilities. This article will guide you through the steps to configure User Roles for secure and proper access to the Marketplace.
Step 1. Click the Users menu, then Select One of Users
Step 2. Click Edit
Step 3. Select Channel you want to Assign then Save
You can set access permissions per user, example:
User Admin1 can only access the Shopee channel
User Admin2 can only access the TikTok channel
When admin2 logs in to Omnichannel, the admin2 user will only be able to view data from the Shopee channel.
(This applies to all menus, except for the Channel menu — which will still display the list of all configured channels.)
