Managing supplier information is essential for maintaining accurate purchasing records and streamlining inventory management. Previously, assigning suppliers to products in DealPOS required users to open the Product menu and update each item individually. Now, you can assign suppliers to products directly from a Supplier Bill, making it easier to update products that do not yet have supplier information without interrupting your purchasing workflow.
In this article, you'll learn how to assign suppliers to products from a Supplier Bill in DealPOS, helping you save time and manage supplier-product relationships more efficiently.
Step 1. Go to Orders - Supplier Bill
Open a Supplier Bill transaction that already has a supplier assigned.
Step 2. Click the Arrow Button and Select Assign Supplier to Product
Click the drop-down arrow on the Supplier Bill page, then select Assign Supplier to Product.
Step 3. Select the Product and Click OK
Choose the product you want to assign to the supplier:
then click OK to confirm.
The supplier has now been successfully assigned to the selected product.
