How To View The Accounts Payable List In The Debt Menu

Learn how to view unpaid supplier bill and outstanding balances from the Accounts Payable list.

When a purchase has not been fully paid, the outstanding amount needs to be monitored until it is fully settled. DealPOS provides the Accounts Payable list to help you review unpaid supplier bills and track outstanding balances.

This article explains how to view the Accounts Payable list in the Debt menu, including how to review unpaid supplier bills and join bills.


Step 1. Create supplier bill with Payment - Later option

Step 2. Go to Debt, select Account Payable tab

Chart View:

Step 3. Click on the amount to see the list of supplier bills with unpaid or partial payment from that supplier

Step 4. Create join bill with unpaid payment

Step 5. Select Join Bill section to see the list of accounts payable from join bills

Step 6. Click on the amount to see the list of join bills with unpaid or partial payment from that supplier

Table Properties

Column Name

Description

Supplier

Supplier name with outstanding debt.

Count

Number of unpaid or partially paid bills.

Amount

Total bill amount.

Paid

Total amount already paid.

Remaining

Outstanding debt amount.

Limit

Supplier's credit limit.
