Managing inbound logistic numbers helps businesses maintain accurate records of received goods. Some businesses use the same number for supplier bills and inbound logistics, while others require separate numbers for transactions and goods receipts.

DealPOS provides the Auto Generate Number configuration to accommodate these different business needs. This article explains how to enable or disable the configuration and how it affects inbound logistic number generation when receiving goods through Orders / Inbound Logistics menu.

Go to Settings → Module → Logistics → Inbound Logistics, then find the Auto Generate Number configuration and turn it ON or OFF as needed (default: ON).
