Do you apply a commission system for every product sold? If you do so, then you can set up commissions on product details and assign Sales Person when creating sales transactions, so that later it will generate reports related to commissions received by salespersons based on products sold. There are a variety of report views available when entering the commission report menu and each menu/display has been provided for exporting data.
I. Commission Report by Order Summary
Step 1. Go to Reports, then Choose Tab Person
Notes :
This view will give you the commission report information for all employees.
Step 2. Filter Report as Needed (Optional)
II. Commission Report by Employee
Step 1. Go to Reports, Choose Tab Person, then Select By Employee Button
Step 2. Commission Report by Person was Opened
Notes :
This view will give you the commission report information for all employees separated by each employee.
Step 3. Filter Report as Needed (Optional)
III. Commission Report Detail
Step 1. Go to Reports, Choose Tab Person, then Select By Employee Button
Step 2. Select View Detail
Step 3. Sales Commission Report Detail was Opened
Notes :
This view will give you the commission report information for all employees with the transaction details (Invoice Number, Product Name, etc)
Step 4. Filter Report as Needed (Optional)
IV. Commission Report by Item
Step 1. Go to Reports, Choose Tab Person, then Select By Item Button
Step 2. Commission Report by Item was Opened
Notes :
This view will give you the commission report information for all employees with total orders & item quantity.
