In order to manage the Inventory, we need to know the amount of stock of products on a certain date, especially the amount of stock in the period that has passed, for example, last week, last month, etc. We provide an Inventory Timeline report feature which is useful for seeing the stock of goods on a certain date so that we can see the movement of stock from a period which we can adjust using filters.
Step 1. Go to Inventory, then Choose Timeline Tab
Step 2. Filter Inventory Timeline as Needed (Optional)

Column Name | Description |
NAME | Name of product |
CODE | SKU code of the product |
Date (1-Nov-20) | Period start date set from Filter |
IN | Total stock entered in 1 period |
OUT | Total stock out in 1 period |
QTY NOW | Current stock |
Step 3. Click Breakdown to View Detail (Optional)
Step 4. Filter Inventory Timeline Detail as Needed (Optional)
Notes :
Users can filter inventory timeline detail date by day range.

2nd Date (23MAY) | Period end date set from Filter |
NOW | Total quantity now from the product |
Notes :
Inventory on this report is based on the created date, not the Invoice Date.
