A general ledger represents the record-keeping system for a company's financial data with debit and credit account records validated by a trial balance. The general ledger provides a record of each financial transaction that takes place during the life of an operating company. To see the general ledger in our accounting app, you can see the image below:

Before you go to General Ledger in the Accounting Menu, make sure the Ledger roles is Activated on your User's Group Access in the DealPOS.

Step 1. Log in to accounting.dealpos.app, click on Reports, and choose General Ledger

You can enter multiple COA accounts to display. on this page can filter and export data
