Chart of Account is list of account used by an organization to define each class of items for which money or its equivalent is spent or received. previously our system had been provides COA for you, but now you can add new COA . The following steps below there are two ways to create or add new COA

Go to Accounting link then Sign in

Sign in with your DealPOS link and user login that are given access

I. Add Chart of Account by UI

Step 1. Go to COA and sub Accounts then click Add

Step 2. Fill Chart Of Accounts form then click Save

Notes : Name, Code, and Category are mandatory to fill

Step 3. COA Successfully Created

II. Add Chart of Account by Import

Step 1. Go to COA and Accounts then click Import

Step 2. Download Sample

For the first you need to open that download sample file to follow template coloumns CSV are required to upload

Step 3. Input the COA that you have in the filter and then save

Step 3. Choose File and click Upload Button

Step 4. COA uploaded
