How to add new Chart of Account manually nor import CSV file

Chart of Account is a list of accounts used by an organization to define each class of items for which money or its equivalent is spent or received. previously our system had been providing COA for you, but now you can add a new COA. In the following steps below there are two ways to create or add new COA.

Go to the Accounting link then Sign in

Sign in with your DealPOS link and user login that is given access:

Chart Of Account - Login / Sign in

I. Add Chart of Account by UI

Step 1. Go to COA and sub Accounts then click Add

Add new Chart of Account

Step 2. Fill Chart Of Accounts form then click Save

Notes: Name, Code, and Category are mandatory to fill

Step 3. COA Successfully Created

II. Add Chart of Account by Import

Step 1. Go to COA and Accounts then click Import

Step 2. Download Sample

For the first, you need to open that download a sample file to follow template columns CSV are required to upload

Step 3. Input the COA that you have in the filter and then save

Step 4. Choose File and click Upload Button

Step 5. COA Uploaded

Role Name

Description

Name

Name of COA

Code

Code of COA

Category

COA Category (Asset, Liability, Equity, Revenue, Expense

Note

Note or description about COA

Access Control

Access Control to your outlet access

Access Type

Set your COA access type, it can be private or public
