The movement of cash in a period of time

Cash flow is the net amount of cash that an entity receives and disburses during a period of time. A positive level of cash flow must be maintained for an entity to remain in business. The time period over which cash flow is tracked is usually a standard reporting period, such as a month, quarter, or year. Cash flow is the movement of cash in (cash inflow) or out (cash outflow) in a period.

The steps to see the cash flow statement (cash flow) are as follows:

*Note : Before you go to Cash Flow in the Accounting Menu, make sure the Advanced role is Activated on your User's Group Access in the DealPOS.

Group Access Accounting - Advanced

Go to Reports - Cash Flow

Accounting - Reports - Cash flow
