Before you use the Epson LX-310 printer to print invoices, you need to configure the paper size first so that the print results are not messy and in accordance with the format. For more details please refer to the steps below.
Step 1. Navigate to the LX-310 Printer Setting
Go to LX-310 printer settings by going to Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Devices and Printers, click View more devices and navigate to the More devices and printer settings on the bottom.
Step 2. Navigate to the Printing preferences
Right-click on the LX-310 printer > select Printing preferences > User Defined Paper.
Step 3. Create new paper size
In this example, we are configuring a 3 ply paper size with the width and height meausurement as follow below:
Width: 22.00
Height: 14.00
And then click ok.
Step 4. Navigate to the Device Settings
Right click on the LX-310 printer> Select printer properties> Device Settings.
Change the manual feed to the new paper size which is, 3 Rangkap and then click ok.
