Bluetooth printer receipts have advantages, including lower costs, highly compact size, and faster in performance. These advantages make Bluetooth receipt printers more commonly chosen for cashier operations, especially when there is limited space available or if the store operates temporarily during events.

When you're using DealPOS for making sales transaction by using DealPOS Android Mobile Apps, you might want to use a Bluetooth receipt printer to print the customer invoices.

To connect and pair Bluetooth Printer to the android mobile device, you can follow the steps below.

I. Turn on Your Device's Bluetooth Connection

Step 1. Open The Setting Application

Click on connections > Bluetooth.

Check Bluetooth to turn it on. Your tablet scans for and displays the IDs of all available Bluetooth devices in range.

If the device you want to pair with isn’t on the list, ensure that the other device is turned on and set to be discoverable. See the documentation that came with your device to learn how to make it discoverable by your tablet, and for other instructions for pairing.

Notes:

If your tablet stops scanning before your other device is ready, touch scan device or available devices and then scan for the device.

Step 2. Pairing Bluetooth Printer with Tablet

Before you can use a Bluetooth device, you need to connect it, which is called "Pairing" the devices. You must pair your tablet with a device before you can connect to it. Once you pair your tablet with a device, they stay paired unless you unpair them.

Check Bluetooth to turn it on. Your tablet scans for and displays the IDs of all available Bluetooth devices in range.

If your tablet stops scanning before your other device is ready, touch Scan for devices.

Touch the ID of the other device in the list in the Found list to pair them.

After Bluetooth is connected, the pairing request will be set to pair with "..." (you're another device Bluetooth) and need to be required PIN, you can use 0000 or 1234 for password and then click OK

II. Pairing a Bluetooth Printer with DealPOS Mobile App

Step 1. Sign In with Your DealPOS Account

Step 2. Fill Your DealPOS Domain and User

Step 3. Click More Menu

Step 4. Choose Settings, then Click Printer Configuration and Choose Bluetooth

Step 5. Click Paired Printer then Select Bluetooth Printer

Step 6. Test Paired Printer

If you want to test your paired printer that connected with your mobile device, you can do a print test by clicking the print button.
