In this article, we will guide you on how to customize transaction numbers in your DealPOS account. You can also personalize the codes for transfer orders, estimates, adjustments, global prefixes, as well as supplier bills and invoices according to your preferences.
Step 1. Go to Setting, Click Application, Choose Transaction Numbering

Or, you can search in the search bar by typing ‘Transaction Numbering’.
Step 2. Setup Automatic Number Enabled
You can select which menus you want to enable for the automatic numbering feature.
Step 3. Customize Transaction Numbering
And also you can customize code for example :
Supplier bill : SB
Invoice : INV
Estimate : EST
Adjustment : ADJ
Global Prefix : Usually for store code
Transfer Order : TO
