When you want to check how much profit you made today or compare which payment method is used the most in your business, navigating through different menus can be confusing. Instead, you can easily check everything from your dashboard menu.
The DealPOS dashboard provides a visual display of key business metrics, including Sales, Payments, Purchases, and Profits, in a graphical format. On this dashboard, you can view today's sales and track perfomance over the past seven days, all in a single graph. We will explain each tab on this dashboard.
I. How to Access Dashboard
You can open your dashboard by clicking on the Dashboard menu on you left navigation bar, and it will open your dashboard.
II. What's on Dashboard Menu?
Filter | If you have more than one outlets, you select spesific outlet by choosing the outlet on the filter option. |
Sales | Showing today's total sales (Order, Cost, and Profit) and 7 days graphic. |
Payment | Showing today's total payment (Including which payment method customer choose) and last 7 days payment made. |
Purchase | Showing today's total purchase. |
Receivable | Showing total receivable and number of debt transaction (Unpaid and Partial) and total payable and numbers of transaction made to suppliers. Also showing top 5 debt receivable and top 5 debt payable. |
Product | On this tab you can see your top 5 sold products and 5 top brands name |
Inventory | On this tab you can see total dispatched order (Dispatched status) and total quantity, also you can see reach inventory ROP or inventory MAX |
