Omni-Channel Dashboard shows sales reports from each channel. With 2 types of charts, a Line chart (Amount) and a Pie chart (Orders), you can quickly analyze channels that have the highest to lowest sales so you can make decisions more quickly.
We also added a seller center shortcut so you don't need to type in the address bar or click from the dashboard page. Don't forget to add an omnichannel for integration before viewing the dashboard. The dashboard will display a blank page if the user hasn't added any channel.
I. Transaction
The transaction section will display a transaction chart that contains sales amounts from all of the omnichannel. This section will help users compare sales transactions from each omni channel with a graphical visualization.
Notes :
For specific sales details, please check from each seller center of omnichannel.
II. Order Count Chart
Order Count Chart section will display transactions that contain sales amounts from all of the omnichannel. This section will help users compare sales transactions from each omni channel with pie chart visualization.
Notes :
For specific sales details, please check from each seller center of omnichannel.
III. Channel Performance
Channel Performance section will display a summary of sales reports from all of the omnichannel. It will display users these data :
Products: Total products sold
Order: Total transaction occurred

Notes :

IV. Channel Shortcut
Channel Shortcut will provide the user hyperlink to the specific page from each omni channel. This feature will make it easier for users to be able to access the page several times faster (instead of having to access it by input link). These buttons will redirect users to these pages :
Seller Center: Seller Center Dashboard
Chat: Conversation Page (with the customer)
Campaign: Promotion Page
Notes :
Try to add all of your omnichannel from the channel menu.
