In DealPOS system, we have 2 types of taxes that you can use in the sales or purchase process, including :
Single Tax (Usually used in retail)
Multiple Tax (Usually used in F&B businesses where there are additional taxes and service charges)
In the following article, there are several steps for creating a single tax and multiple taxes.

I. Single Tax
Step 1. Go to Setup, Select Tab Tax, then Click Add
Step 2. Fill Tax Form, Choose Single Tax Type, then Click Save
Notes :
You can also set whether the total transaction includes tax or not on tax calculation.
Step 3. Re-Check New Single Tax on Tax Type List
Step 4. Try to Make a Transaction with Single Tax
II. Multiple Tax
Step 1. Go to Setup, Select Tab Tax, then Click Add
Step 2. Fill Tax Form, then Choose Multiple Tax Type
Notes :
Additional form for multiple tax will appear when selecting multiple tax type.
Step 3. Add Multiple Tax, then Click Save
Notes :
Tax Rate on general form will be automatically filled by adding up the inputted tax.
Step 4. Re-Check New Multiple Tax on Tax Type List
Step 5. Try to Make a Transaction with Multiple Tax
