View all product stock updates to track marketplace transactions

In the omni.dealpos.app, you can also see the record from stock history by using the Inventory Log feature. It shows all the statuses of the inventory logs for successes and failures.

This article shows how to see the record from stock history updated inventory from DealPOS into Marketplace.


I. How to Activated Omnichannel Inventory Log

Step 1. Go to Channel then Choose POS Tab

Change inventory log mode to full to see all status

Set Inventory Log Mode to Full

Step 2. Go to Logs then Choose Async Inventory Tab

Step 3. Check Response Code

Response code 500 means failed and while 200 means succeed.

II. Scenario Omnichannel Inventory Log

Step 1. Make an Adjustment or Purchase to Reduce/Add Product Stock.

Create Adjustment

Step 2. Check Response Inventory Log

The Inventory Log in the Channel > Marketplace configuration will be automatically set to Error after midnight to keep our server stable.
