The menu "Reports" offers multiple tabs that contain various reports and data analyses related to sales transactions that have been recorded. This tab is set up to fulfill different criteria of Reporting, and each one gives different reports based on their specific needs., For example, like the "Report Detail", this detail report displays detailed reports, for example, you can see the cost of the product issued, the amount of profit earned, and the total sales sold.

I. Sales by Products

This page shows products that have been sold with profit in a period based on bestseller products will be placed at the top.

Table Index:

Name	Showing the Product's name
Qty	Showing the quantity of the products that have been sold
Cost	Showing the total cost of the product multiplied by the quantities that have been sold
Gross	Showing the total sales amount without calculating the discount
Sales	Showing total sales from the product multiplied by the quantities that have been sold
Tax	Showing total tax from the product
Sales + Tax	Showing total sales + tax from transactions
Profit	Showing profit from sales transactions on the sold product. (Profit = Total Sales - Total Cost)
%	Showing percentage from the margin

II. Sales Report by Category

This tab shows reports from the category of products sold in a period.

Table Index:

Category	Showing Category product
Quantity	Showing total quantity from categories that have been sold
Gross Sales	Showing total sales amount from categories without calculating the discount
Discount	Showing the total discount amount from the sales transactions on Categories
Net Sales	Showing total sales amount from Categories after discount
Tax	Showing total tax from the categories product
Sales + Tax	Showing total sales + tax from transactions
Cost	Showing total cost from the sold Categories
Profit	Showing profit from sold Categories. (Profit = Net sales - Cost)
%	Percentage of margin

III. Sales Transaction Detail

This page shows a report of sales invoices with details in the column.

Name	Showing transaction numbers and products sold with detailed quantity, time, and profit
Code	Showing the code of products that have been sold
Qty	Showing the total quantity from products that have been sold
UOM	Units of measurement of the product
Cost	Showing total cost from the sold product
Price	Showing Price of the product that have been sold
Discount	Showing the total discount amount from the sales transactions on Categories
Total	Showing total sales from the transaction

IV. Sales Summary

Sales report with a simplified display.

Table Index:

Outlet	Showing the Outlet from the transaction
Number	Showing Customer Invoice Number
Date	Showing the Created Date from the customer invoices
Customer	Showing Customer Name from the transaction
Sales Person	Showing Sales Person Name from the transaction
Cost	Showing the total cost of the transaction
Gross	Showing total sales amount from product without calculating the discount
Sales	Showing total gross sales from the transaction (excluding surcharge)
Tax	Showing total tax from the transaction
Surcharge	Showing total Surcharge from the transaction
Total	Showing total sales from the transaction
Payment	Showing payment status from the transaction

V. Top Customers

Report customer with that show how many transactions made, quantity sold, and amount of invoice.

Notes:

The customer with the most transactions is placed at the top of the row.

Orders	Showing How many orders customers have made
Qty	Showing How many products quantities that customers have made based on the orders they've made
Cost	Showing the total cost of the transaction

Sales + Tax	Showing Totals Sales with Tax from the customer

VI. Outlet Performance

Find out and analyze the best outlet which had many transactions occur.

You could evaluate an outlet with minimum transaction here.

Trans	Showing how many transactions occurred in the Outlet

Avg. Daily	Showing the average outlet sales in daily
Tax	Showing total tax from the Outlet
Sales + Tax	Showing total sales and tax from the Outlet

Ach(%)	Percentage of achievement

VII. Sales Compare by Outlet

You can compare monthly by clicking the View Monthly button.

VIII. Tag

The transactions coming from Online and Offline are displayed separately based on the tag type of sales.

Notes:

An example, if you have online selling on Marketplace, it will be placed to Online sales type.

Basket Size	Showing average of quantity

Profit	Showing total profit from the Salesperson

X. Discount

Showing up the transaction with discount per product and discount per invoice based on amount or percentage.

Showing price analysis report by price interval.

Find out the best or top brand of product that has been sold on this tab
