How to Set Sales Person Required in Sell Menu

Set sales person to be required / mandatory in sell menu

Sales Person is a DealPOS feature that allows you to fill in cashier information, SPG, or other seller information when making a sales transaction. Learn more about Adding New Sales Person.

If you need sales-person information for every sales transaction made, then you can set this field (Sales Person) on the sell menu to be filled in when creating a transaction (cannot be empty). This article will explain how to set the sales-persons to mandatory.


Step 1. Go to Settings, then Search for Sales Person Required

Step 3. Go to Sell, then Add Item to Shopping Cart

Step 4. Click Pay Without Choosing Sales Person

Try leaving the salesperson column blank.

Click Pay Without Choosing Sales Person

An error message will be displayed, users will not be able to pay the transaction before choosing the sales person.
