Marketplace Integration (Ominchannel) is one of the features offered by DealPOS. This feature ensures that when a sales transaction occurs in the marketplace, it is automatically recorded in the POS, generates sales reports, and updates stock reductions from marketplace sales. This integration simplifies the process of recording sales reports, especially when selling through multiple marketplace channels.
Before adding marketplace channels you need to authorize and make sure that the user you use already has roles access to Marketplace.
Step 1. Go to DealPOS Omnichannel Apps then Sign In
Step 2. Select Channel and Click Add
Step 3. Click Register at Shopify
Step 4. Submit Shopify URL, Consumer Key and Secret
Step 5. Get Shopify Data from Setting
Get Consumer Key & Consumer Secret by go to Settings
Step 6. Choose Apps and Sales Channel and Open Develop Apps
You may need to allow a custom app development prompt
Step 7. Create an App
Step 8. Fill in the App Name
To simplify the process and make the name clear, use 'DealPOS Shopify Integration' as the App name, then proceed by clicking Create app
Step 9. Configure Admin API Integration
Step 10. Select Scopes then Save
The scopes selected includes:
write_inventory
โView or manage inventory across multiple locationswrite_locations
View the geographic location of stores, headquarters, and warehouses
write_orders
View or manage orders, transactions, fulfillments, and abandoned checkouts
write_payment_terms
View or manage payment terms
write_product_listings
View or manage product or collection listings
write_products
View or manage products, variants, and collections
Step 11. Go to the API Credential Tab then Click Install app
API Access token is now created please note that the API Access token is only visible ONCE, you need to create a copy somewhere safe
The API Access token can now be used as a Consumer Secret
The consumer key can be found at the bottom of the API Credential page
