Displaying the Total Weight on the Transfer Order Printout in DealPOS

In a retail business, sometimes we might want to transfer stock/inventory between warehouses and Outlets in order to keep balancing inventory across all outlets. DealPOS offers a Transfer Order feature for stock transfers between warehouses.

When making a transfer order printout, you might want to include the Total weight from the products that you want to send to another outlets/warehouses. The total product weight can help you to calculate shipping costs and other purposes. To show the Total Weight from Transfer order printout you can follow the steps below


I. Setup Configuration

Step 1. Go to Settings, navigate to Printing > Logistics, activate Total Weight configuration

Step 2. Make sure the Weight Product are Set

The product weight here is in grams.

II. Create Transfer Order

Step 1. Go to Logistics then Create New Transfer Order

Step 2. Input the Outlet Source and Destination then Input the Product to be Sent

Step 3. Check the Total Weight of Item via Transfer Order Printout

The total weight of the product will be displayed here.
