In DealPOS Omnichannel, we have a feature for integrating multi-warehouse with marketplaces. With the Multi-Warehouse feature, you can manage inventory across up to 30 warehouses, reducing shipping costs as orders are shipped from the nearest branch to the buyer, thus improving order fulfillment efficiency.
The integration between DealPOS Omnichannel and Shopee Multi-Warehouse can be done once your Shopee Seller Center has been authorized and you have access to Multi-Warehouse.
You can follow the steps for this multi-warehouse integration in the article below:
Step 1. Make sure your Shopee Seller Center is enabled with Multi-Warehouse
You can check this in the Store Settings - Shipping - Warehouse Settings. If your Shopee Seller Center has the option to create up to 30 warehouses, it means your Seller Center is already an authorized store and can be integrated with the omnichannel multi-warehouse feature.
Step 2. Perform Synchronization on omni.dealpos.app
Go to the Channel menu and then click on Shopee Seller Center.
Then, click on Edit.
Then, you can set the multi-warehouse configuration to "Yes".
Then, this option will appear, and you can click on it.
Next, the warehouses you created in Shopee will appear, and you can map them according to the outlets in DealPOS.
Step 3. Perform a Channel Scan and then a Manual Inventory Update
After the multi-warehouse feature is activated, the stock storage locations will change. Therefore, a manual inventory synchronization is necessary to ensure the stock is correctly allocated to each outlet.

Notes:
When is the right time to migrate to Multi-Warehouse?
โMigration should be done when the order volume is low, and ensure that all ongoing transactions have been fully processed in the old outlet. Why are my orders duplicated?
โDuplicate orders can occur if the order status is not completed during the migration process. For example:Order 123456 was placed on December 18.
On December 19, the Multi-Warehouse feature was implemented.
On December 20, the order was still in progress.
In this case, there is a possibility that the order is recorded twice, both in the old outlet and the new one. This can happen due to the Download Order process.
