On DealPOS users can personalize the text content of e-receipt messages sent via WhatsApp. To enable this feature, navigate to the settings menu and update the message template according to your preferences. This allows businesses to add a personal touch, such as greetings, promotional messages, or specific customer.

Once the custom text is set up, the system will apply it when generating the e-receipt link for WhatsApp. Below is an example of how a personalized message appears when sent to a customer, ensuring a more engaging and branded experience.

I. Setting Template Receipt

Step 1. First you can go to Setup > More Menu > Configuration Whatsapp


Step 2. Set Template Receipt, then Write the Template You Want to Use

Notes:
Dont forget click Save.


II. Create Transaction

Step 1. Go to Sell then Create Transaction

Step 2. Input Whatsapp Customer Number then Send Receipt

Step 3. The Template will be Generated on WhatsApp, and then You can Send it to the Customer
