Shopify can now be integrated with Omnichannel DealPOS, enabling you to download products from Shopify to DealPOS through Omnichannel. However, products must be downloaded individually. Alternatively, you can upload products using a CSV file, but some columns must be adjusted to match the DealPOS product upload template.

Refer to the tutorial in the article below to learn how to upload products from Shopify to DealPOS.

I. How to Export data from Shopify and Adjust the columns to match the DealPOS template

Step 1. Click menu Product, then click Export and choose All Products

Step 2. Open the CSV file

Step 3. Adjust the column template as seen in the example below

Note: For the inventory column, it can be deleted first. Because the inventory can be imported later using the Buy menu. And for Header 1(Yellow) it can be replaced to Header 2(Green)

II. How to Import Product Data to DealPOS

Important Notes:

Before you upload products from Shopify to Dealpos, you must turn off *Sync Inventory* in the Omnichannel settings, so that the stock on the Marketplace does not change/update.

Step 1. Click Product menu then click Import

Step 2. Choose file then click Next button

Step 3. Review the product before upload

Step 4. Import product success

III. How to Import Inventory Stock to DealPOS

Important Notes:

Before you import stock, you can do a *Scan Channel* and turn on *Sync Inventory* on Omnichannel first.

Step 1. Open the CSV file and keep only the code and inventory columns.

Step 2. Change Inventory column name to Quantity

Step 3. Open DealPOS, Click Buy menu, then click more Action then Choose Upload

Step 4. Upload file CSV then Confirm

Step 5. Click Pay to complete transaction on the supplier bill

Step 6. Check inventory in the Inventory menu in the Omnichannel
