When creating an adjustment, you might find it difficult to classify or locate your adjustment history. To make this process easier, you can filter the adjustments by outlet, date, and tag. Hereโs how to create and use an Adjustment Tag to help you organize your adjustments data. Follow the steps below to get started.
I. How to Create Adjustment Tag
Step 1. Go To Setup, Then More Menu and Select Adjustment on Tag Section
Step 2. Click Add, then Fill The Adjustment Tag Name, and Click Save
Step 3. Adjustment Tag is Created Successfully
II. How to Use Adjustment Tag
Step 1. Go To Adjustment Menu and Create a New Adjustment
Step 2. Click On Notes to Select Adjustment Tag
Step 3. Do The Adjustment Process
III. Check The Adjustment Report By Adjustment Tag
Step 1. Go To Adjustment Menu, More Menu and Select Report Detail
Step 2. Select The Adjustment Tag
You can select a specific outlet, or leave it blank to display all available outlets that have been adjusted based on the tag you choose.
Note:
If you leave everything blank, it will display all the adjustments made within the selected date range.
Step 3. Check The Report
You can adjust the filter by clicking on the filter icon to set the outlet, date range and adjustment tag.
