Now you can control who can view prices in reports. With the Price Role feature, data management becomes more secure and controlled. Ensuring that only authorized users can access sensitive information such as selling prices and margins.
This role applies only to the four main tabs (Products, Category, Detail, and Summary). For more information about the setup, please refer to the following article:
Step 1. Activated Roles
Go to Users Group, then click Edit, and navigate to Roles → Report - Price.
Step 2. Check Reports
If you enable the Price Role, all prices in the reports will be visible.
If you disable the Price Role, only the Quantity Sold and Product Cost will be displayed in the report.
Notes:
This feature only applies to the Reports menu in the Product, Category, Detail, and Summary tabs.
