How to Use the Print History Page in DealPOS

Print History in Receipt is an essential tool for maintaining transparency, accountability, and efficiency in every business transaction, as it allows users to monitor all receipt printing activities, ensures that each printed document is properly recorded, and helps reduce the risk of errors or data loss that may impact operational processes.

DealPOS allows you to track receipt print history using the following methods:


I. Check Manually from a Specific Invoice (Per Invoice)

Step 1. Go to Orders, select Customer Invoice, then click on a specific Invoice Number

Step 2. Test print the selected invoice

Click Print
Click Print

Step 3. Check the print history

Return to the invoice, click Print on the menu, and then select Print History.

II. Check Overall Invoice Print History

Step 1. Go to Orders, click More Menu, then select Print History

Step 2. View the complete print history of all invoices
