The DealPOS Barcode App works a little differently from regular DealPOS access. Even if you already have a DealPOS username and password, you can’t log in to the Barcode system unless your account has been invited first.
Once the invitation is accepted, you’ll be able to log in and start using the app without any issues. Here’s how to invite a user and get started:
I. How to Invite a User
Step 1. Login to DealPOS Barcode App using a Registered User
Enter your DealPOS name and select your domain, then login using your Username and Password
Note :
If this is the first time the Barcode App is being used, the first user to log in will automatically be registered.
Step 2. Go To Users Menu
Step 3. Click Invite, Then Fill Out The Invitation Form
Select the Users that you want to invite and select their Groups. Then Submit
Note: A User Group member cannot change or edit the Barcode settings.
Step 4. Confirm User Access
After clicking Save, the user will appear in the Users menu.
II. Login Using Invited Users
Try login using the user that already invited.
You have successfully invite the user and can login using it.
