Plugo is an all-in-one e-commerce platform that combines web store creation and marketplace syncing into one control center. When using Plugo with our Omnichannel platform, here is how the order status flow works with DealPOS
Status Order Flow
Signal from Plugo | Action happened on the POS | Description |
New | Create Invoice | Customer places a new order |
Paid | Add Payment | Order has been completed and customer has marked the order as received |
Shipped | Add Fulfillment | Order has been picked up by the courier |
Cancelled | Void Invoice | Order has been cancelled |
Completed | Nothing happened | Order has been completed |
I. New Order
New order from Plugo wil be created as customer invoice in DealPOS.
Both status of Payment and Fulfillment will be set as Unpaid and Unsent.
Note:
Example above is using Unpaid order synch configuration.
If your Omnichannel order synch configuration in Omnichannel is Paid, invoice will be only created if the payment for the order has been completed.
II. Shipped
If you have already pack the order for shipment. The fulfillment status in POS will be updated as Awaiting Collection.
Then if the order has been sent by the courier. The fulfillment status in POS will be updated as Shipped.
III. Paid/Completed
If the order has been marked and received by customer. The payment status will be updated as Paid.
IV. Cancelled
If the order has been cancelled. The invoice will be voided automatically.
