DealPOS is an inventory management application designed for retail businesses. With DealPOS, you can access comprehensive inventory reports through the Inventory Dashboard.
This dashboard provides valuable insights into your inventory, including stock level changes over time, the current stock status of each product, which products have fallen below their Reorder Point (ROP), and the minimum stock level that should be maintained.

I. Inventory Dashboard - Quantity
In the Quantity section of the Inventory Dashboard, you can monitor changes in product stock quantities over time.
In the Quantity section of the Inventory Dashboard, You can set the filter for the data as shown in the image below.
In the Quantity section of the Inventory Dashboard, You can also see the Inventory Count Chart. The Inventory Count chart provides a visual representation of stock level trends, allowing you to track inventory movements over a selected period.
There is also Summary in the Quantity section of the Inventory Dashboard. In the Summary section, you can view inventory valuation data, which represents the estimated value of your current inventory if all products were sold at that time.
The table below provides a detailed explanation of each data field displayed in the Summary section of the Quantity tab in the Inventory Dashboard.

Step 1. Calculate the Daily Percentage Change
For each day, calculate the percentage change compared to the previous day:
Where:
Current Day Value = Inventory value (on hand qty) on the current day.
Previous Day Value = Inventory value (on hand qty) on the previous day.
Step 2. Calculate the Daily Movement
The Daily Movement is the arithmetic average of all daily percentage changes within the selected period.
Where:
n = Number of day-to-day intervals within the selected period.
For example:
7 days of data → 6 intervals
30 days of data → 29 intervals
II. Inventory Dashboard - Days Of
In the Days Of section from the Inventory Dashboard, You can see the average days of from all product qty.
Note: The Days Of value is calculated based on the average total Days Of value for each product.
In the Days Of section of the Inventory Dashboard, You can set the filter for the data as shown in the image below.
The table below provides a detailed explanation of each data field displayed in the Days Of Filter.

In the Days of section of the Inventory Dashboard, you can view the pie chart or bar showing the risk categories of product inventory status.
In the Days Of section, you can also view a list of SKUs categorized by their respective risk categories. You can click on a risk category to view the list of products assigned to that category.
III. Inventory Days Of - Reorder
In the Reorder section of the Inventory Dashboard, you can see the number of product SKUs whose stock levels have fallen below the ROP (Reorder Point) for each outlet. Below the Reorder, the Reorder List displays all products that have been flagged for reorder from each outlet.
In the Reorder section, You can set the filter for the data as shown in the image below.
