If you already set your Product's Reorder Point and Maximum Inventory you can monitor your stocks in the Low Inventory menu when the stocks of the products are below the Buffer Inventory. When you already know which product stocks are low, you can directly Make a Transfer Outbound.
This feature will help you to Re-Stock your Products to your Outlets, check which Outlets require Re-Stock, and easier to make product Transfer Orders from Warehouses to Outlets or from One Outlet to another Outlet. You can also order the same product again without having to Re-Enter the Product.
I. Grant User Access
Before requesting to restock low product inventory, you must grant user access to it. Read the following steps below to grant user access :
Step 1. Select Users, then Click Groups, Select Any Group
Step 2. Checklist Transfer Order Editor
II. Restock Low In Stock by Transfer Order
Make sure you have already input the Minimum and Maximum Inventory on the product or variant. You can check this article to set minimum and maximum inventory Reorder Point and Maximum Inventory.
Read the following steps below to restock low inventory by transfer order :
Step 1. Select Inventory, then Click Tab Low
Step 2. Choose Any Product, then Click Button Transfer Order
Step 3. Select Source Outlet
Notes :
Product stock will be deducted from the selected source outlet.
Step 4. Set Quantity as Needed, then Click Process
Step 5. Add Additional Note, then Click Ok
Notes :
The additional note can be emptied.
Step 6. Transfer Order was Completed
Notes :
Try to check your stock on the inventory menu.
III. Restock Low In Stock by Purchase Order
In addition to being able to Restock Low Inventory with transfer orders, DealPOS also provides another method for restocking, namely by Purchase Orders (purchasing products from suppliers). Read the following steps below to restock low inventory by purchase order :
Step 1. Select Inventory, then Click Tab Low
Step 2. Choose Any Product, then Make a Purchase Order
After choosing products, then select the dropdown and click create a purchase order.
Notes :
The page will automatically redirect to the buy menu (purchase order)
Step 3. Set Quantity as Needed, then Click Pay
Step 4. The product was Successfully Purchased

Try to check your stock on the inventory menu.
