How to Set Nationality on Customer

Add a nationality list and assign nationality information to your customer data.

DealPOS provides a Nationality field that can be used to record a customer’s nationality, such as Indonesian, Malaysian, Japanese, or Australian. Before assigning nationality to a customer, you must first create the nationality options in the Contacts menu.

Here are the steps to add or create a nationality list. The nationality values will be available as options when selecting a customer’s nationality while creating or editing a contact.


I. Create a Nationality List

Step 1. Go to Contacts, click More Menu, then select Nationality

Step 3. Enter the Nationality Information, then click Save

II. Assign Nationality to a Customer

Step 1. Go to Contacts, open the Customers tab, then select the customer whose nationality you want to assign.

The nationality information has been successfully added to the customer’s data.

Note: Nationality refers to a person’s citizenship or national identity
