Using Empty Outlet Feature In The Transfer Order

When processing a Transfer Order, manually adding each item to the cart can be time-consuming, especially when you need to transfer a large amount of stock from one outlet to another.

This situation commonly occurs with temporary outlets, such as Bazaar Outlets, after an event or exhibition has ended and the remaining stock needs to be returned to a Warehouse or Store Outlet.

To simplify this process, DealPOS provides the Empty Outlet feature, which allows you to load all available stock from an outlet directly into the Transfer Order cart. Instead of adding items one by one, you can use this feature to quickly prepare the stock for transfer to the destination outlet.

This feature is particularly useful when you need to empty an outlet and transfer all of its remaining stock to another outlet efficiently.

Step 1. Go to Logistic → Transfer Order and click New to create a new Transfer Order.

Step 2. Select the Source Outlet, where the stock is currently stored, and the Destination Outlet, where the stock will be transferred.

Step 3. Click More Actions → Empty Outlet.

Click OK

Step 4. The items available in the Source Outlet will be automatically rendered into the Transfer Order.

Step 5. Review the items and quantities, then click Process to complete the Transfer Order.
