Previously, DealPOS Omnichannel does not support Automatic Return from Shopee. If an order from Shopee was already completed (received and signed by the customer) but somehow got returned due to a problem or an issue, the invoice in the DealPOS would not be affected.

Now we have implemented the Automatic Return feature. The return is only triggered when the Return Process is approved by Shopee. Then, DealPOS Omnichannel will automatically create a return that refers to the original invoice.

You can turn the Automatic Return configuration off per channel. Currently, the default state of Automatic Return is True, which means it will always trigger an automatic return creation in DealPOS.

Log in to omni.dealpos.app and follow the screenshot below

Select the Shopee channel you want to configure, then click Edit to open the channel settings.

Find the AutomaticPOSReturn configuration and set it to False to disable automatic return creation for this channel.

Notes:

If you need Shopee returns to be recorded automatically every time Shopee approves a return process, keep the configuration set to True.
